Elise Rossiter

Hello, I have created this art Program alongside my best friend because we believe that art is essential to a child’s development. I am currently enrolled at Emmaneul College in Boston, MA. I am a graduate of St. Brendan High School, in Miami, and I have been dancing ballet, hip hop, and contemporary since the age of three. For me dance has always been an emotional outlet to express my feeling and I enjoy sharing my passion with others, especially when it helps them throughout any struggles in life. I believe having something to fall upon when life gets rough is important, and for me that is dance.

I am currently enrolled at BU in Boston, MA. I’m a graduate of St.Brendan High School, Miami, with a passion for the Arts. When I was five years old my parents enrolled me in an art class taught by Cándido Bidó, a well known Dominican painter, and ever since then I became in love with the form of expressing myself through the simplest of tools - a pencil and a sheet of paper. 'Till this day, I not only use drawing but also different types of Art as an outlet and I want to share this type of expression with kids. My goal is to give them an opportunity to explore the talents that they may not know they are capable of.
